The numbers of work we have undertaken and completed at various works are mentioned below for your kind reference please.

M/s. SUNDARAM CLAYTON LIMITED, PADI, CHENNAI – 50.

We are undertaking weekly maintenance of Air pipeline, Water Pipeline & Steam Pipeline work to a value of Rs. 6 Lakhs to Rs. 7 Lakhs per year.  The work is undertaken and completed within the prescribed time, if necessary even overnights and days to complete the work and hand over it to them without stopping the production line.  We are doing this contract work with them at Madras (Breaks Division) for ten years.  We also undertaking yearly maintenance job during their closure periods every year.

M/s.S & S POWER SWITCHGEAR LIMITED,CHENNAI:(PORUR &AMBATTUR).

On seeing our completed work at Ambattur Industrial Estate Factory the Managing Director of this concern gave us a bigger job at M/s. S & S Power Switch gear limited, Porur Factory due to the quality of work done by us Ambattur site.  When the porur work was completed it has given us a feather in our cap.

M/s. MURUGAPPA MORGAN THERMAL CERAMICS LTD., (MMTCL - RANIPET).

In this factory we have been assigned to do Chilled Water Pipeline work for the project. After seeing our quality of work and speed the entire project pipeline (Diesel, DM Water, Soft Water, Raw Water & Air Pipeline work) were given to us and completing to their satisfaction. A special certificate were given to us from london. The value of this project is Rs. 20 Lakhs (In the year 1995).

M/s. MURUGAPPA ELECTRONICS LIMITED, METTAGALLI, MYSORE.

At the beginning we were called for C.P.T. Compressor Erection with its Air & Water Pipeline Installation work.  Then we have been awarded with complete factory machinery erection work.  These machinaries were supplied by Japanese Collaborators.  This was a challenging job where we have received good appreciation with completed certificate from Japanese technicians for the completion of the machinery erection work in specified time, which got price money.  In this factory we have under taken the fabrication and erection of 2 Nos. 15 Kilo litter Solvent tank and 2 Nos. and 1 Kilo Litter tank 2 Nos. with dipstick arrangements and with the issue of safety certificates to this customer.

The necessary solvent tanks were connected with SSD pipeline cycloxon pipeline with pumps etc.  The oil line required for this factory were also undertaken and completed by us.

M/s. MADRAS AUTOMIC POWER PLANT (M.A.P.P.) KALPAKKAM, CHENNAI.

Here we have undertaken the Erection of Diesel Operated C.P.T. Compressor required for their use during the power failure periods and during emergency periods.

The Compressed Air Pipelines system with sophisticated welding technology required specially for Automatic Power Plants under M.A.P.P. welding code were adopted by us with penetration test and X-ray etc., The Welding was carried out with tested welders approved by M.A.P.P. to undertake the welding work with welding generator set.

We have undertaken and completed compressor erection and Compressed Air pipeline work in many other existing factories, and at new projects as well as in many tanneries, Chemical plants, bearing factories etc. The Compressor of various reputed manufacturers such as M/s. Kirloskar Pneumatic Company, M/s. Consolidated Pneumatic Company, M/s. Ingersoll - Rand India Limited, M/s. Koshla Compressors and M/s. Elgi Equipments were erected with the relevant pipe connections.

M/s. ENFIELD INDIA LIMITED, RANIPET.

We have erected 3 Nos. K.G. Koshla compressors with its accessories with pumps and cooling towers required for jacket cooling water pipeline system the air pipeline system with factory water pipeline system were designed by us and executed for a total amount of Rs. 8 Lakhs approximately.

M/s. KARNATAKA BEARINGS LIMITED, MYSORE.

We erected 2 Nos. 500-cfm Kirloskar compressors with accessories such as Motors, after cooler, Moisture separator, Air receiver with cooling tower and pumps.  For the cooling system we have constructed a cooling pond with fountain arrangement which has been appreciated by the Japanese collaborators also.

Regarding air and water pipeline with overhead and trench covered system were completely designed by us that gained us very good reputation from the customer.

M/s. ASIAN BEARINGS LIMITED, HOSUR (TAMIL NADU).

We have erected 3 Nos. K.G. Koshla compressor with its accessories.  The jacket cooling water pipeline system was designed and installed by us at this factory.

The whole factory compressed air pipeline system with overhead and trench line system which we have designed with moisture separator, traps and drain lines required for the sophisticated airline system, installed to the satisfaction of our customers.  The total value of this order is nearly Rs. 6 lakhs.  The whole factory water pipeline system was also designed and installed by us.

We have also undertaken site fabrication work for them such as buckets, materials – stand and racks, bins etc.

M/s. A.O.C. – H.A.L. (BANGALORE).

We have undertaken the compressed air pipeline system where stainless steel pipes were used for airline system with organ are welding system.  This air is used to test the human being in a closed cylinder for testing the heart function at a particular high attitudes according to this the airline system is operated with sophisticated machinery used in such operations.

Here also our work was much appreciated by the defence personal.  This work was allotted to us through C.P.T., Bangalore.

M/s. H.M.T. WATCH FACTORY, BANGALORE.

Air pipeline consultants from Bangalore M/s. Dilzer consultants recommended our name for the execution of remodeled compressed air pipeline system in place of the old pipeline, which were giving regular break down in the airline system.  We have installed this pipeline in record time, which gained very good appreciation from the customer for our speedy execution of the work.

This has also brought us another work from M/s. Dilzer Consultants, Bangalore; they have recommended our name to M/s. International Coach Builders, Bangalore who are having branch office at London, England.

M/s. HIDUSTAN MOTORS LIMITED, TIRUVALLORE.

We are regular contractors for M/s. Hindustan Motors Limited, Tiruvallore where we are undertake compressor erection and compressed air pipeline system for their existing system as well as for new projects or for extension work etc.

In other factories as mentioned in our List of Customers we have designed and installed air pipeline system and water pipeline system & Oil pipeline installation with heating and pumping units etc. as required by them.

M/s. SIMPSON & COMPANY, CHENNAI.

a)Factory at Mount Road, Chennai.

We have undertaken the entire factory compressed Air pipeline work with our pipeline design.  We have also erected the screw compressors for this factory.  The total air pipeline designed by us and executed for a total amount of  Rs. 4.7 lakhs.

b)Factory at Sembiam, Chennai.

We have erected 3 Nos. of 200 cfm Air compressor with Air Drier, Air receiver and cooling tower.

We have designed the complete Air pipeline layout with Jacket cooling water pipeline system with the installation of necessary pumps for the waterlines were done by us.

M/s. SHARDLOW (I) LTD., SEMBIAM, CHENNAI.

This is one of the groups of company of M/s. Simpson & Company, located at Sembiam, Chennai.  We have undertake 10", 8", 6", 4", 3", 2", 1 ½", 1", ¾", ½".  The various sizes of pipeline required for this factory for pneumatic hammers of very high capacity.  We have completed this
Air pipeline work for the complete satisfaction of our customer.  We get repeated order from them for the Air pipeline work.

M/s. CONCORDE MOTORS, VELLACHERY, CHENNAI.

This is a new establishment where we have undertaken the complete Air pipeline work under strict completion and gained order for their factory at Vellachery – Chennai.  The customer is very much satisfied with our work and recommended our name for the pipeline work for the other branches situated at Bangalore and Hyderabad.

M/s. D.C.M. HYUNDAI LTD., THIRUVALLORE, NEAR CHENNAI.

We have designed the entire factory Air pipeline work, Water pipeline work, Nitrogen gas pipeline work etc., which has been approved by the Korean collaborators.  The pipeline work was completely executed by us to the full satisfaction of the customer for the total value of RS. 46.71 Lakhs.

M/s. M.M. FORGING LTD., VIRALLIMALAI, NEAR TRICHY.

We have undertaken the erection of 3 Nos. Compressor of 500-cfm capacity with the factory pipeline installation with our pipeline layout agreed and sanctioned by the customers technical department.  The total value of this project is Rs. 14.68 lakhs.
